Puppy + Wine = My Valentine!

At Accent, we love our pups! Most of you would have met our resident Gentleman, Strauss, and can see that he is treated like a king! So we are here to treat you and your best friend this Valentine’s Weekend!

Bring your puppy in, and we will treat your pup with treats, and you with 10% off glasses of wine, and on Saturday we will treat your ears with some live music too

We will have an assortment of milk bones, dental sticks, snacks, along with a puppy bow tie (first 30 pups) to ensure your most loyal friend is treated the way they should be.

As we anticipate multiple puppies this weekend, we highly suggest you bring a leash in with you, but encourage puppies to be social in our fenced in area.

Curtis Jones at Accent

Curtis Jones is a very influential guitarist in the world of bluegrass and new acoustic music and has toured and or recorded with some of the biggest names and best artists in the genre, including members of Alison Krauss’ Union Station band and Blue Highway. Curtis spent seven years on the road as a member of the Schankman Twins band, now Malibu Storm, and certainly did his part to bring that group to the forefront of bluegrass music. He was also a full time member of the superpicking group Bluegrass ETC, and his time with this group started his success in Europe. Since that time, he has toured all over the globe. He recently toured with country and bluegrass music star Patti Loveless.

It is impossible to put a label on Curtis’ music, which stems from the fact that he is such a versatile musician with elements of flamenco, gypsy, bluegrass, jazz, classical and so much more in his music. He is a prolific composer and songwriter, having written around 800 pieces of music to date, He has released seven CDs of all-original music. Curtis also composed and performed most of the music heard on the Roland Martin and Orlando Wilson fishing shows on TNN. In the winter of 1994, he went on the road for a four-month tour with famed Atlanta actor/writer Tom Key and a cast of four musicians to perform “Cotton Patch Gospel”, and he served as musical director for Woody Guthrie's “American Song” at the prestigious Alliance Theater in Atlanta in 2002.

Cornhole for Humanity: Charity Event for Habitat for Humanity!

Calling all Cornhole Aficionados!

Accent is teaming up with Leadership Lumpkin to raise money for a great community cause...all while having some fun!

Live music, cornhole, drinks, laughs, friends and healthy competition, all while supporting a great cause.  How can you go wrong?

So what are we aiming to achieve, you ask?  Well, funding has been approved for 10 houses to be built over the course of the next 10 years here in Lumpkin County by Habitat for Humanity.  Each lot needs to be cleared, and costs upwards of $7,000 per lot to do so.

To help cut the near $70,000 from the building budget of these homes, Habitat for Humanity is in need of their own BULLDOZER, and this is where the games begin!

Accent Cellars & Leadership Lumpkin Class of 2018- “Team Appalachian Alliance” would love to help them reach this goal.  With the help of our community, this is easily obtainable.

Come join us for a community wide event, “Cornhole For Humanity”.

Sign up your team here!
