And what better way to do that than by pairing these lovely wines with what we thought would go best with them: summer salads and ice cream! We’ve gone through the painstaking trouble of trying our new releases and brainstorming what we think would be unique and delicious pairings with the wines. But this event is a potluck style\, so we just ask that you bring something with you that you also think might pair well with some of our new releases.
